This is choice number one from my self-imposed Liam Lynch week.

Of course choice number 111 is going to be a Liam Lynch song! We're talking about the guy who started 111 Productions. In fact, we'll kick the year off with Liam Lynch Week.

If you know me, you already know that Liam is my musical hero. He is largely responsible for re-awakening my musical creativity in the late 90's. You also know that bringing his name up in conversation is not a wise decision unless you want me to ramble on about him for hours. Seriously, don't get me started.

"Aphrodisiac" is from Liam's 1995 CD, "Eel". I have recorded cover versions of a good number of Liam's songs, including interpretations of the whole "Eel" album that I recorded in 2003, but this song has a special distinction. I have covered this song twice.
